Settrus Implement

In development · Built first for D365FO

AI-assisted D365FO implementation—from requirements to configuration and validation.

Settrus Implement is being built to guide stakeholder conversations, organise requirements and draft fit-gap analysis: what standard D365FO supports and where changes may be needed. It prepares draft functional design documents (FDDs) from decisions approved by a consultant.

From business conversation to consultant handoff.

01

AI-guided business conversation

AI helps stakeholders explain how the business needs to work.

AI asks targeted questions about outcomes, policies, exceptions, constraints and existing processes. Stakeholders respond in ordinary business language.

02

D365FO-aware AI

Settrus interprets the conversation through a D365FO lens.

AI relates the requirement to relevant D365FO processes and capabilities, considering organisational scope, data, controls, exceptions and dependencies. It asks targeted follow-up questions where intent is unclear.

03

Consultant handoff

The first pass arrives structured and ready for expert review.

  • Structured requirements
  • Confirmed business facts
  • Assumptions and open questions
  • Relevant D365FO assessment context

Business users explain their needs in their own words. AI connects those needs to relevant D365FO capabilities and questions.

First release: discovery through FDD. Configuration and validation follow as subsequent milestones for supported scenarios in test environments.

Questions, answered

About Settrus Implement.

Is Settrus Implement available today?

It is in development. An internal D365FO prototype is undergoing validation before customer pilots. Get in touch to explore a pilot or help test and shape the product.

What is included in the first release?

The first release focuses on discovery, structured requirements, draft fit-gap analysis and functional design documents. Approved configuration in test environments and validation are subsequent milestones.

Who approves the recommendations?

Consultants review the evidence, challenge assumptions and approve material decisions. AI prepares drafts; expert judgement remains part of the workflow.

Are the calculator savings proven results?

No. The calculator models your assumptions about consultant effort. Its example values are editable and are not measured product results. Capacity value excludes software fees and does not promise shorter project schedules or cash savings.
